0:30.9	many of you, let me paint a picture here. John and Vinnie's is a cult Italian restaurant.
0:37.0	From two guys named John and Vinnie who own many successful restaurants in Los Angeles, including
0:43.0	animal and Helen started working for them when they were just getting started. She did their wine
0:50.2	program and then wanted to start her own business. And so after working for them for a long time,
0:55.3	she's like, listen, I got to go. And they were like, wait a second. What do you mean? She was like,
0:59.8	I've told you from the beginning, like, I want to have my own business. And the most genius thing
1:03.6	occurred, which was that she continued to work with them while owning her own business. And so in
1:09.1	the back of every John and Vinnie's or within every John and Vinnie's is a Helen's Wines. Helen
1:14.1	knows everything. Anybody needs to know about why. So this episode is about her getting into wine
1:22.5	because I'm like, how do you just decide when day that you want to learn about wine? What really
1:26.8	is Somalia is, how to get what you want in the restaurant industry as a female, which is nearly
