I want to share with you almost like a master trick, a magic trick in terms of how you can determine

and shift your life experience quickly. I'm talking rapidly. This can happen within a matter of seconds.

A lot of people right now speak about emotional regulation, regulating your nervous system,

can shift our emotions, can shift even how our body reacts, how our body feels, in any situation.

It's simply letting your emotions in any moment inform you

Okay, so just say that you're on social media

and you receive like a negative trigger in your body

because you see someone doing something that makes you react in a way that

tenses your body. Or say you are experiencing feeling taken advantage of and you have this emotion of anger that arises within you.

Those emotions aren't bad, right? Those emotions are just interesting. Em emotions without judgment are actually just really good data

Giving you information right this is what I mean by letting your emotions inform you not run you

If there's a negative trigger, say it's jealousy. What could that mean? Maybe the person that you're seeing is actually acting as an expander

for you, showing you what's available and possible for you too.
