There is a lady who walks in my building and whenever I see her I feel a ping of joy.

Why is that? It's because somehow Joy is her default state. I see it, I feel it, she's smiling, she's

cheerful, she always wants to engage with others, I can tell that she cares about people. She's on the front day. always see her walking around the

the front desk, she works in security, I always see her walking around the

building with this air of authority that people just respect.

And it's so refreshing and delicious to have this energy where I live

that is joyful. Why am I telling you this today? I want to tell you this because your joy, whenever that shows up, your cheerfulness, your attitude of positivity, whenever it feels authentic and right for you it is so

generous to others in fact I think letting people see you in your joy seeing seeing when you are connected to source, seeing when you're at a high vibration.

Ooh, that is contagious.

In the way I think about it in terms of making positivity deposits, joy deposits, wherever I go.

I can tell you something else about this lady. Whenever she sees something beautiful

that she likes or if she sees something that connects

with her or see something that she just thinks is good or beautiful or interesting, she's She says it.

She's like, oh, what a lovely dress, or isn't it a gorgeous morning or do you like the new

music that we're playing? I think there is something so powerful

and it's a real wasted opportunity

when we see something beautiful

or feel something special or notice something that pleases us and we don't say it.
