Why go to therapy? Because it's defined work.

When you are emotionally healthy, you are more powerful spiritually.

So glad as always to have you here.

Haven't talked to you since the Easter weekend, but I hope each of you had a wonderful and blessed time.

I flew to Chicago to spend time with my adult children.

I am always trying to keep it squarely in my viewpoint that they are adults.

And so I went to Chicago to visit my adult children and I had a wonderful time.

I worshiped with my son and daughter at the church that my daughter is attending,

which is a church with a very different tradition in terms of how they worship God

and how they express our Christian faith in a group setting.

It's not different in terms of our belief systems, but it is a different experience

and it was absolutely beautiful and I had a wonderful time.

And since I was in Chicago hanging out, I thought I'd grab my daughter

and see if she wanted to do it in a light podcast with me and she readily agreed.

And let me tell you why I asked her.
