Hi, Vesties, and welcome back to the Sad to Savage podcast. In today's episode, we are going over

Habits for Moms. Hopefully you're listening to this in the car and the baby is asleep or you're getting

a little bit of time to yourself going on a walk. I just want to talk about little habits that you can

implement into your life that will help you improve your life. Now, I'm going to kick off this episode by stating that I am not a mother,

though I want to be, and hopefully I will be soon. But my advice and my tips are coming from the point of view, the multiple points of views that I've been given from moms in my life,

and so many moms that have sent in different schedules or different needs or have just asked me

so many different questions that I've had the ability to now understand. I have my mom in my life

who raised six kids, five of which were teenage daughters. And oh my gosh, I cannot believe

that we didn't actually drive her fully insane. We were naughty. We were pretty good kids, but I'm like,

okay, imagine having a teenage daughter who's just a brat. And then once she's out of her brat, the next one's there.

The next one's taking her spot. My mom, I can't believe that she had six kids and five daughters.

I also have my sister who currently has a 16-month-old who is my life. I love her. I love him.

I have my friends in my life who are moms. And I have so many of my friends right now

who are pregnant. They're about to push some babies out of their bodies. I cannot be more excited.

I have five friends that are due this fall, which is wild. I'm going to have an amazing fall.

I cannot wait to meet all these little babies and to be there to support all of my friends

as they become moms and enter this new world. I'm kind of pulling in all these perspectives as I go

through some mini tips, tricks, habits in this episode. Now, a few things we're going to talk about
