Well, howdy there internet people, it's Bell again. So today I guess we have to talk

about Trump's self-announced press conference because wow that was something else.

If you haven't seen it yet and you're an undecided voter, I strongly suggest that you watch it in its entirety.

It will probably help you make your decision.

So we'll talk about some of the highlights and

then talk about what this speech probably means for the state of the Trump

campaign. Hitting the highlights and again these are just the highlights

please watch this yourself if you're an undecided voter.

One of the weirdest parts was when he compared his crowd size to Martin Luther King

Jr's when he gave his iconic I Have a Dream speech. Given the description he was

probably talking about his 2020 speech at the National Mall.

Trump claimed King had a million people in the crowd and that his crowd was larger than that. But the media said he only had 25,000 people.

Okay, so most historians put the number of people in attendance for the I Have a Dream speech at around 250,000.

The AP says Trump had about 10,000.

Oddly enough, this isn't the first time he's made that bizarre comparison.

He talked about gas prices or maybe oil prices.

It's hard to know for sure, but he said, quote,

I don't know if you know, but they are drilling now because they had to go back,

because a gasoline was going up seven, eight, $9 a barrel.

If you're being charitable, you might say he was talking about gasoline

and meant to say gallon instead of barrel.

But then the numbers don't make sense. Or maybe he meant oil instead of gasoline.
