Well, howdy there, Internet people, it's Bell again. So today, we're going to talk about Trump

being ordered to return a wrongfully deported man. U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy heard a case about a man

named by the letters OCG in legal paperwork. The man had been put on a bus by the Trump administration

despite having a judge's order protecting him from being returned to his home country of

Guatemala. That order stems from last year when he applied for asylum. The administration

instead sent him to Mexico by bus. Then he was returned to Guatemala.

The deported man wrote about his conditions in a declaration to the court.

Quote, I feel fear and the danger any time I go out. For me, it's not easy. The people who

targeted me before know who I am, and they have shown me twice before what they're capable of.

I don't want to get attacked a third time. The first days when I got back, I had to go out and get groceries because I had nothing.

And just then, one of those who had threatened me before passed on a motorcycle.

I was out with a hat on and I do not think they spotted me, but I saw them. They are out here and I don't

feel safe. In any moment, I could get out and they could be walking there and they would recognize me.

I have so much panic because of this.

O.C.G, the deported man, is gay and the target of homophobic attacks.

Evidence has been presented of pretty horrible attacks.

The judge has ordered the administration

to facilitate the return of OCG to the United States. There's that word again, facilitate.

That's a word that has shown up in a number of recent high-profile cases. The word has led

the Trump administration to argue that it can't facilitate the return

because it's weak and doesn't have the power. However, the judge seemed to have anticipated this

and pointed out in the order, quote, the court notes that facilitate in this context should carry less baggage than in several other notable cases.
