elective military intervention, the administration seems to be laying the groundwork to

shape American sentiment, so it can justify another intervention in Cuba.

So far, we've seen them say that the country engages in and or allows other nations

to use their country for the collection of signals intelligence.

Hosted military advisors and taken advice from adversarial nations, sent their troops to fight in Ukraine on behalf of Russia, acquired hundreds of drones and so on.

Secretary of Defense Hegsteth seems to be leaning into the drone thing pretty heavily. He recently said, quote,

We've long been concerned that a foreign adversary using that kind of location that close to

our shores is highly problematic. A CIA official was quoted as telling the press.

Director Ratcliffe made clear that Cuba can no longer serve as a platform for adversaries to advance hostile agendas in our hemisphere.
