Well, howdy there internet people, let's go again. So today we are going to talk

about Susanna Gibson and Virginia and everything that's going on with that.

To name you probably have heard over the last couple of days, so we are going to dive into the important parts about all of that news. If you don't know who she is, she is running for the house there. She is a mom. She has two

kids. She went to the University of Virginia and Columbia University. She's a nurse practitioner, public health expert.

She volunteers with a very well-known family planning organization.

When it comes to reproductive rights, that kind of can move us right into her policies there,

she has said that women must control or have control over their own bodies.

When it comes to education, it seems very interested in

affordable college and kind of getting rid of some of the like 1984 style things that are occurring in public schools there in

Virginia. When it comes to the environment, it seems that incentivizing renewables and creating the infrastructure

to mitigate climate are high priorities for her, which is important because without some climate mitigation,

Virginia is going to be in real economic trouble here relatively soon.

When it comes to equality, she has stressed that she wants to protect equality and oppose

not just anti-Lg LGBTQ legislation but also that rhetoric.

There's a lot of stuff about seniors in there.

In her platform, what she's talking about,

seems like this is an issue that's close to her heart.

My guess is that that's probably something that became part of her

as she spent a decade and a half serving the people of Virginia medically, you know.

And that moves into her view of substance and stuff like that as well, where she wants to

prioritize treatment over incarceration.

So that's who she is.
