Now sometimes people can even happen

alter your perception of something

based on the way it's reported

and how sometimes that can even happen by accident.

We're going to do this because I got a message today and it was something to the effect of

what's going on with the Rubel. I just saw reporting that said that it had soared to its highest level.

I'm sorry, what?

I mean, without even looking like I knew that wasn't true.

But I did a little digging and I found an article that the headline was Rublesores to

highest level which is where I was abbreviated at in the newscrawler, if you click on it, the whole

headline is since late August. I'd like to remind everybody that late August is like two weeks ago.

So not really groundbreaking news.

What we're going to do is show you how charts and graphs when they are truncated and they

only show a small piece of the information can lead you to believe something that isn't

true. So I want you to go to Google and type in

Rubel 2 dollar, R-U-B-L-E-2 dollar. And you're going to get a chart and right now at time of filming one Russian

ruble equals 0.010 United States dollar. The chart shows up at one month. It is showing one month

worth of activity as far as how the Ruble is doing.

And actually, I mean, by this chart, it isn't at its highest level since late August, but it does look like since about September 7th, it's been trending up.

Which, okay.
