Well, howdy there internet people, let's bow again.

So today we are going to talk about Trump, the Georgia case, Chase Bro, and Powell, and cases being severed.

The news has come out and almost immediately the phrasing

that is accompanying the news going out isn't entirely accurate. A lot of it is saying Trump had his case severed. No, he did not.

He did not have his case severed. Cheesebro and Powell had their case severed from the rest of them.

Okay, Cheeseboro and Powell will go to trial on October 23rd

and they will go together. The judge said defendants, Chief Bro, and Powell will join each other at trial. However, the other 17 defendants are severed from these two. So Trump is still lumped in with the

other 17 defendants but the judge does go want to say additional severances

may follow all pretrial deadlines will proceed as scheduled

without a stay proceedings.

OK, so what is prompting the judge

to want to sever more cases or acknowledge that possibility may not be what you think.

The Fulton County Courthouse simply contains no courtroom adequately large enough to

hold all 19 defendants, there are multiple attorneys and support staff, the

sheriff's deputies court personnel, and the state's prosecutorial team.

So that's that's what's going on. So what does

this mean as far as the cases themselves and how they will proceed? It looks like at least Cheese Broome

Powell will go first. There may be more that end up lumped in with that, but we'll

have to wait and see. Others may be broken up.

The remaining 17, they may be split.

There is talk about those cases going forward in November or December.
