You can't force anyone to do it, but I think having that sort of welcoming kind of attitude

Of course, we can use to regulate ourselves and those things are wonderful and hopefully

we're all doing them, taking good care of our bodies and our minds.

But when it comes down to it at the very end, I want to have not been alone.
