love inflation. The inflation numbers came out yesterday, and they were at expectations, which means

they were high. Consumer Price Index rose at an annual rate of 4.2%.

Reminder that the Fed wants it to be 2%.

So Trumpflation is more than double the target number.

It's 40% higher than the inflation Biden handed him.

Trump seemed to try to use a tactic his base often falls for,

simply claiming something that's bad is actually good. The problem for Trump is that this isn't some

abstract policy goal that his base really didn't understand anyway. This is about the numbers they see every day.
