bureaucrats are going to be repealed.

And she's talking about the Supreme Court decision

about the Chevron doctrine.

And when she asked that, the administrator laughed and asked her, do you understand the ruling?

And then went on to say her question was,

I believe he said, ill-formed.

Which, it's an amazing moment in congressional history

when you really think about it because you have a

person in Congress, Lauren Bobert, using a meme level understanding of a Supreme Court ruling to question an agency

administrator. So she's using this meme as the basis of her question.

And when he asked, do you understand the ruling,

he magically transformed her into a meme.

Because years from now, long after she has left office,

people on Capitol Hill will be looking at each other anytime somebody says

something ill-informed about a Supreme Court decision and they will be like do you understand the ruling?
