Well, howdy there internet people, let's bow again. So today we are going to talk

about a letter that was sent to the Biden administration and requests for information and suggestions and

subtext in the letter and we'll go over what it's asking for and the suggestions that

are contained within it the letter comes from a Republican senator who is demanding

information related to potential delays that may have occurred in shipping arms to

to Netanyahu. The letter seems to suggest that in addition to the delayed

shipment that the

the everybody is aware of. And in addition to the slow walking that I have suggested that the

Biden administration has also withheld F-15s, tactical vehicles, 120 millimeter mortars, tank rounds, the list

goes on and that they've been doing it since apparently around January.

The subtext in the way things are phrased when you're reading the letter there's a

section about the Arms Export Control Act. The letter seems to suggest that the Biden administration declared an

emergency and under this law, when emergency conditions exist,

the administration isn't required to notify Congress

of when things get shipped, because it's an emergency.

It seems to suggest that the Biden administration declared that emergency and then

stopped acknowledging it sometime in January and from that point there have been delays.

The subtext seems to be that Biden declared the emergency and then stopped declaring the emergency but did not notify Congress of that.

So Congress may have assumed that shipments were moving as they should have when they were delayed.

That seems to be the subtext of it. It is un- interesting letter because it is going to shine a whole lot of light on what the administration has actually been doing.

I don't know anybody who believed they were doing this much.

You know, I talked repeatedly about how they were probably doing this much.
