Welcome back to another episode of Quartzide with Courtney. We are going to get juicy today. Shocker. And I'm going to do a little updated Q&A. I have my phone with all of your

0:32.8

questions. Well, like tons of your questions. I pick some of my favorite ones that I thought were the most interesting or the juiciest. We have done other Q&As, but this one is going to be up to date, ready to go. Let's get into it. I love you guys. Question number one. How did you and your boyfriend meet? I think that's like a whole episode. So I think I'm going to save that one for an entire new episode. I've also been getting questions. Did I get a dog? It's my boyfriend's dog at the house. So low key, yeah, I got a dog. I would love to hear more about your music journey and time at Berkeley. I had the best time at Berkeley, but it's such a different college experience than most. We didn't

1:14.0

really have sports teams. We had like the jazz cats, which I think is ice hockey or something,

1:18.9

which was incredible. And there's so many other schools in Boston that there's like tons of other

1:38.4

schools to go to for sporting events. You had like, B.U. You had Harvard. You had Boston College.

1:57.1

But Berkeley itself was not like a sports school. And obviously strictly music, I will say an

2:04.0

experience thing with Berkeley is everyone is so talented that I learned or personally I felt like

2:09.6

you feel like a big fish in a small pond in your hometown, whether you grew up someplace that was like a really big city or someplace that

2:19.2

was a small town, you're probably one of the more talented people in your area because Berkeley

2:23.0

is the best modern music school in the world. And so it's like all the most talented music kids

2:28.3

ever, basically, that they want to study it and they want to go to school for it. So even if you

2:32.5

were like the coolest kid in your
