Do negative thoughts seem to pervade the best moments of your life? You may discover that joy seems elusive when negative thoughts creep into your consciousness on a regular basis. There's no better time than the present to release negative thoughts. This week you're going to reverse negative thoughts as you go on a Positivity Quest.

| 0:33.0 | The theme is, in fact, how to release negative thoughts. |
| 0:39.0 | Those thoughts that may haunt you, they may keep you up at night. |
| 0:45.0 | They could be thoughts that you have been wrestling with for a long time. |
| 0:52.0 | Maybe even years, maybe you don't remember when you didn't think such negative thoughts. |
| 1:00.0 | So in this week's series, in each episode you will discover a meditation technique that will guide you to release some of these negative thoughts. |
| 1:12.0 | You have a challenge that goes right along with this week's theme. |
| 1:17.0 | The challenge is a way for you to go a little more deeply into this series. |
| 1:24.0 | And it's also a way for you to attune yourself to the theme. |
| 1:31.0 | Even on those days when you might not have a chance to meditate or maybe you're just not able to have such a great meditation. |
| 1:40.0 | When you take part in the week's theme, you are still able to improve your thoughts in some way. |
| 1:49.0 | So the challenge for this week is to begin to notice the repetitive negative thoughts you may think. |
| 2:00.0 | You could even keep a diary of these thoughts. |
| 2:05.0 | So write down the thoughts that you're thinking that bring you down. |
| 2:11.0 | And then begin to look at these thoughts and consider whether or not they're even true. |
| 2:20.0 | You'll be replacing these thoughts with more positive thoughts. |
| 2:26.0 | So you will be going on a positivity quest, releasing negative thoughts. |
| 2:32.0 | When you begin to identify your negative thoughts, you disempower them. |
