1:00.2	It was the first book that was given to me by one of my CEOs when I joined a company.
1:04.7	So why do you think it stayed so influential and remained so influential?
1:08.1	I think there's several reasons.
1:10.8	I'll just highlight three of them.
1:12.1	First, I think it's because it's focused on principles
1:16.6	that are timeless that endure,
1:19.1	as opposed to just practices or techniques that, know my ebb and flow and go in and out with
1:27.4	different times now these are enduring principles of effectiveness that worked in 1989, that were in 2022, and we were working 21,
1:36.8	22, I believe, because they're fundamental principles of effectiveness, integrity and fairness and trust and enduring principles,
1:46.8	you know, serve as contribution, these types of things.
