Welcome to our Friday's broadcast of the Gospel Truth.

This is the end of my second week teaching on a subject that I've entitled Lessons from Elijah.

I tell you, I have learned so much at Elijah's expense.

This is what the Scripture says. All of these things were written for us so that we could learn through them.

And man, I've learned some great lessons.

The last few days I've been talking about where Elijah took the last little bit of food that this widow had

from her. I mean, it looked like in the natural that he was stealing the last meal from a little widow with her son and stuff.

And in the natural people would look at that and think that's terrible.

But if you look at it from the spiritual, he wasn't taking from her. He was giving to her.

And because of it, she and her son and Elijah were sustained for around three years.

And not only did they have their food multiplied supernaturally, but her son died and he was raised from the dead through Elijah.

Elijah wasn't taking from this woman. He was giving to her.

And I tell you, I've learned some things through this that change my entire attitude towards finances.

And it has made a huge difference, not only in my personal life, but in my ministry life.

And I've learned things through this. I pray that you're receiving these truths because they'll change your life too.

And so I'm excited about this. I know that this is helping people.

So we've already dealt with 1 Kings chapter 17.
