Welcome to our Monday's broadcast of the Gospel Truth.

Today I'm beginning my third week of teaching on Elijah.

And I've got a book entitled Lessons from Elijah.

I've also got a study guide on this.

We've got CDs and DVDs that were taken from my television program.

And I tell you, I've mentioned this nearly every time,

but over in 1 Corinthians chapter 10, verses 6 through 11.

It says all of the things that were written about these Old Testament people were written for are learning

so that we could benefit from them.

And I have just learned tremendous amount of things at other people's expense.

I think that's the best way to learn.

And that's the reason that the Lord recorded these things.

So I've been teaching about Elijah.

We've spent two weeks just going through basically 1 Kings chapter 17 and the first half of 1 Kings chapter 18.

And we've already covered some great, great truths about this.
