even though she's on trial right now about to be I should say in about two

months for the murder of her ex son-in-law Dan Markel but today she was back inside a Tallahassee courtroom for a case management hearing.

We brought that to you live and tonight we are going to slice and dice it and take a look at

it. Jury selection, people were afraid was this going to get a continuance. Was it going to be pushed back? And the answer is no. We are set to start jury selection on September 17th.
