back on the Dan Markel story we usually slip and say the Donna Adelson story but this is really all about Dan Markel.

And we had Phil Markel on for his, really, his first full-length interview that aired a couple days ago and we're going to play a bite or two from that later on in the show today.

But you know he really opened up about his relationship with Dan and his thoughts, you know, about the loss of his son.

We did not mention the other family's name during that episode at all and he also gave us some

Brand new photos that people hadn't seen which was nice these are not those but here is

Dan Markel. These photos have been out there as we remember him

at the beginning of this show. Of course Donna Adelson, she was back in a Tallahassee courtroom yesterday for her first

managed case management hearing since January and it was interesting. She looked okay in that in that case management hearing.

Let me introduce the best guest real quickly coming to us from Tallahassee.

We call him Webster, but he's got a first name Stephen,

Stephen with a pH.

He is part of one half of Webster and Baptiste attorneys at law

in Tallahassee.

His other half, Louis Baptist Baptist, is a guest on this

show often and he was Dan's law school student and Stephen was Dan's post-divorce

attorney and he remembers getting that call was 10 years ago
