An extraordinary social media maven, amazing person that I met at podcast movement earlier this year. Hello, welcome. Hello, my love. Thank you for having me. I'm so excited. Of course. I'm so excited to have you here. You're somebody that, like, literally the moment I met you, I was like, this bitch has her shit together. Yes, you do. Yes, you do. It's just because I'm older. It seems like it. I don't. And I also thought you were 19 when I met you. God bless. I straight up thought she was 19 when I met her. And I remember like my sister and I, because I met you with my sister. And after meeting you, my sister was like, oh my God, that girl, she's so young, but she has such a good head on her shoulders.

2:18.3

And I was like, I know. Like, what is she like 19? And then I asked you how old you were and you're like, I'm 34? Yes. And my sister was like, oh, my God, we're the same age. Yeah. I was like, okay, so we got to like restructure our lives just a little bit. I like listening to your podcast because unlike mine, where most of it is venting, crying, puking, throwing up, sliding down a wall, you're like, okay, so very gently, you're like, here's how you're going to get your life together. And here's what you're going to do. I need to take a pencil and paper. And did you download the chart on my website? good. And then you're like, so we're going to do. I need you to take a pencil and paper. And did you download the chart on my website?

2:18.5

Good.

2:18.0

And then you're like, so we're going to go through this and we're going to restructure your life. And I'm like, you know what? I appreciate that. Yeah. I think you need both because I absolutely cry, I puke, slide down a wall. And then I record and I'm like, this is what I learned after I, you know, cried, puked and slid down the wall.

2:34.2

See, you're better than me because I record right when, cried, puked and slid down the wall.

2:38.4

See, you're better than me because I record right when I'm puking, sliding, crying down the wall.

2:41.8

But have you always been that structured?

2:44.1

Yes and no.

2:49.8

So I started waking up really early in the morning when I was in kind of middle school.
