Royal Caribbean just revealed all of its news about its newest cruise ship that's coming out in 2026,

Legend of the Seas, and I wanted to break down this news and share with you an important announcement.

Here we go.

So Legend of the Seas is finally here, and I say finally here because this is like the

worst kept secret in terms of the name of the ship. So this will be the third icon class cruise ship.

We have icon of the Seas already out now. Star of the Seas is coming out in August of this year,

and we're going to have a third ship, the Legend of the Seas is coming out in August of this year, and we're going to have a third ship, the Legend of the Seas, coming out in August of 2026.

Now, the name has been floated out there and rumored for a long time, and then in the last couple of weeks,

Royal Caribbean accidentally leaked the name about 78 times in different forms, but now it's official and we're all

can confirm that it is indeed called Legend of the Seas. And by the way, I love the name of this ship.

You know, a lot of times when there's a new ship, people always ask me, Matt, what do you think of the

name? And I have to tell people like, I hate all the names until I actually get on the ship and start

using the name and it becomes like synonymous. Like I remember thinking Anthem of the Seas was the worst name I ever heard and then like, you know,

I just got used to it after a while.

Symphony also.

Maybe I just don't like musical name for cruise ships.

But nonetheless, you just get used to it's a ship name we already had.

Of course, Legend of the Seas used to be one of the Vision class ships.

She was sold off back in 2017, I believe, to a different cruise line.
