And if you're not going to be making a Thanksgiving dinner, please buy from a restaurant.

Almost every restaurant seems as offering a Thanksgiving take home dinner.

Please buy directly from the restaurants, debating whether I'm going to make it or buy it.

But I'm probably going to, if I make it, I'm still going to buy something from a restaurant

to support local businesses or just buy some fried chicken.

And if I do make Thanksgiving, I'm going to certainly smoke a turkey like I talk about

in episode one of recipe club out now on Spotify or however you listen to your podcasts.

Let's hope that everyone will be celebrating safely and not in large groups.

Last podcast I was talking about foods that I missed the most the past few months, nine months

or so because of quarantine. And it got me thinking about dinners and restaurants and meals

that I miss or more specifically, if I was given 24 hours notice to go to a restaurant,

what I changed my plans and head out there, what I buy a ticket and just go to a destination

that is very far away. And I will tell you, it actually happened about 12 years ago,

13 years ago, I was like two years before, Elboyee. And if you're not familiar with Elboyee,

we've talking about the chefs there quite a bit in this podcast over the two and a few

years plus. Faran and Abaddadia opened up a restaurant called Elboyee, Bulldog was a

mascot in Rosa, Spain. And it was on the sort of on a cliff overhanging the ocean near

Barcelona. It's about two hours on the coast of Spain. And arguably one of the most important

restaurants past 100 plus years and produced so many different chefs from Andani at Mugarets
