0:53.7	go, we are at our cabin up in middle middle Appalachia somewhere in North Carolina, and we're on a
0:58.8	Zoom. So assuming this all technology, all, you know, links together somehow will have a really
1:03.3	great, I think, interview for all of you. So Lee, tell them a little bit about yourself,
1:07.2	how long you've been in the business. You've not only were a successful agent, but you've also been a real estate coach. You're also a great sponsor for agency EXP.
1:14.7	So give them some background. Yeah. So I originally got licensed initially all the way back in
1:19.6	2005 and fell into the wormhole of property management, which I sort of sometimes now regret,
1:26.1	but I ended up managing like
1:27.7	1,400 doors in like two different states. And then pivoted back in 2018, sold those companies.
1:34.1	And I've been selling real estate exclusively just selling real estate for like the last
1:38.5	probably five years now. And I, yeah, I mean, I really, I kind of owe everything to the business, to be honest with you.
1:46.4	It's what's enabled me to accomplish really everything in my life that I have.
1:50.6	A lot of people start out with property management and they think it's the easy button and it's absolutely not the easy button.
1:57.6	But it's still something that maybe it's best suited dependent on the agent.
