Hi guys and welcome to Uniotherapy podcast.

My name is Kat and I am the host here.

Quick reminder up top that although this is a

0:23.7

podcast about mental health and although I am a licensed therapist, this podcast does not serve as a

0:29.8

replacement or a substitute for actual mental health services. However, we do hope that these

0:37.0

conversations help you on whatever journey you are on

0:40.6

in some way. Now, for the good stuff, I am so excited about our guest today. His name is J.P. Sacks,

0:49.0

and if you are not familiar with him, then I can't wait for you to get familiar with him because he's awesome

0:55.8

1:10.8

some questions and I want to learn more. And I just assumed he would have a cool perspective,

1:36.4

But what you can't Google as easily, you know, you might read this in some interviews or something

1:41.6

like that. But what you can't Google as easily is the essence

1:44.4

of who he is and the kind of human he is. And he is a pretty cool human. And you will see that and hear

1:49.8

that and feel that as you listen to this conversation. I was unsure on how the conversation would go

1:55.2

because, you know, I'd never met him before. I don't know what kind of mood he would be in. I don't

1:59.3

know if he really wanted to have this conversation. You never know. And I was so pleasantly surprised by how he showed up and what he
