fitness since 2013, averaging about 21,000 steps a day. I am walking right now and would love

I don't know how long this is going to last,

but for the first time in months,

The temperature at the moment, I'm walking just before sunrise. In fact, I'm looking east now, early daylight, and it is gorgeous.

The clouds with that kind of orangey, red, as the sun is getting ready to come up over the horizon.

The temperature is 69 degrees.

We haven't seen anything in the 60s and forever.

And the dew point which I've learned is really the best
