So how do you make sure that you're being a good leader in your company?

Yeah, so especially the last, I mean, going into like my new role the last four months has made me kind of have to grow up a lot

I know I miss I miss the day of disposition so I could kick my feet up on the desk and just sell deals all day

But I don't have that luxury anymore.

But yeah, so yeah, as far as going to be a leader,

I mean, like I said, the last few months I've kind of really had to like

learn that role. And like how how to like because like I was like okay well I know how to I know how to work hard I know how to show up on time I know how to like get deals I know how to just put my head down at work and like how having to instill that into

somebody else has been kind of like an uphill battle I guess and I'm not saying I've

struggled with it but it's just a lot different than the position I was in

before it's like now like I said I was a department of one before,

you know.

I was the dispositions guy.

All I'd do is worry about selling deals.

And now it's like, okay, I'm at the top to worry about dispositions.

I have to worry about marketing.

You know, I run a team of, you know, six other people.

Now I have two project managers that I have to make sure they're getting all the stuff done.

You know, we still have flips that are, you know, in construction.

And kind of just like taking that all in and be, okay, I just need to take a breath and just get everything done like one at a time like not just like get being pulled in different ways and just having like you know getting that group of like okay when I first get in I do I track inventory yeah my my second thing is I look at
