How's this one, baby? Decided to have you on. So, um, I wanted to have you on because obviously you are the godfather of

podcasts right I'm gonna make you up for you can't, I guess before we get into building wealth and real estate, how does it feel that you are like,

maybe millions of people's father in real estate.

I didn't, I mean it makes me feel old.

You didn't say it like that.

Didn't really think about it like that.

Because I don't have kids.

I think when you don't have kids.

Do you have kids? Yes. Yeah, I think when you don't have kids. I think when you don't have kids.

Yes. Yeah, I think when you don't have kids it stunts your growth in certain ways where I don't realize how old I actually.

Yeah. Right. But it's really a pressure I would say. It's like a healthy pressure where it keeps you always learning new things, you can't get comfortable.

You have to be working on your skills because everything I say is listen to by a lot of people and trusted. So if I give bad advice

that could literally hurt a lot of people. Yes. There's a there's a craving that everyone has for

influence. They like all the trappings that come with it they want a lot of

followers.

But if you look at most people on social media,

which is where we sort of all conglomerate

to find influence, most of them are not putting out

products that are good for people.

They want attention for them, right?
