Girlfriends, episode number 287. Learn to love your body. Hello and welcome to girlfriends. I'm Danielle Bean. I'm a wife and a mom, and I'm on a mission to help you know your worth as a woman so you can find peace, balance, and joy in family living. This week we are talking about learning to love with your body. Body image is

Let's get started.

0:36.1

Hey, girlfriends. How are you? Thanks for being here. I'm coming to you from the loft in my girls' bedroom.

So some of you remember last year, right around this time, I kind of took over this space, which is our girls' bedroom for years.

And that was actually really helpful, especially in the middle of the winter when a lot of my

1:28.6

college kids were home. My son, who was working remotely, came home for a little while.

1:33.1

And my kids who were going to high school were remote, at least part time. Office space was at a

1:38.5

premium around here. So it was nice to have that little extra office space up here in the loft.

1:44.4

But then this past spring and summertime, I kind of lost my little extra office space because

1:51.1

kids used it for various things.

1:53.5

Kids put things in storage in here.

1:56.9

And my son, Stephen, who is really into making movies and videos, was using it for recording

2:03.1

that sort of thing. And then I came up here recently, and it was a complete disaster.
