| 0:51.3 | Amy, are you in mindfulness mode today? I am. I actually was up extra early |
| 0:57.5 | and just getting into that place to start a new week. You know, we just come off a holiday, |
| 1:02.0 | but just I cannot start the day without being mindful or else it could be a train wreck by 4 o'clock. |
| 1:07.5 | I know what you mean. Well, tell us, what does mindfulness mean to you, Amy? |
| 1:12.8 | I have really, and I would never use the word perfected, but my daily discipline is waking up with |

It said, how are you going to do that? What about this? And what if this fails? And what are you going to do? And, you know, oh, your life has been a series of just a train wreck and all of the, |
| 2:52.4 | because some of the negative and, you know, |
| 2:54.1 | well-meaning people. you're going to do and and you know oh your life has been a series of just a train wreck and and all |
