0:26.0	and the feedback I'd gathered about him mentioned it repeatedly.
0:30.0	He didn't resist the feedback.
0:32.0	He said, I wish I could delegate, but I just can't.
0:37.0	I prompted him because my folks aren't ready. I inherited them, and I'm growing them as fast as I can but meanwhile the work has to get done so I do it and I don't delegate I know I should
0:50.6	Do you have a plan for making it better?
0:52.8	I asked.
0:54.6	He looked as if he'd gotten a little electric jolt.
0:57.8	Plan?
0:58.8	No.
0:59.8	That's why everyone's so annoyed with me.
1:02.1	I don't have a plan for how to keep the plane up in the air and at the same time take off the wings and rebuild them.
1:08.0	I laughed. That's a pretty dire metaphor.
1:12.6	If that's how I thought about delegating,
1:14.1	I probably wouldn't do it either.
1:16.6	Why, he asked a little puzzled.
1:18.6	Do you have a different metaphor?
1:20.5	I sure do, I said.
