I'm Gabe and I am so glad you're joining us today for this episode of Rhythms for Life and I just hope you're encouraged this week that your rhythms do matter.

I know when we're in the wintertime Rebecca and I talk so much about the importance of getting outside getting that vitamin D. the vitamin D because we all need it. It's just part of being healthy and during this time

a year it can be tough and so I hope these conversations we're having can just be one

piece of lifting your spirits and be a part of encouraging you and today we're talking to just one of our good friends,

Elizabeth Hasselbeck, her and her husband Tim,

live in Nashville.

We met a decade ago, more than a decade ago,

before we even lived in New York City, I met Tim and Elizabeth,

and when we moved there, we were friends, and now we both live in the same town in Tennessee,

and so they've been long friends for us and we've watched their life

up close and personal and this is a family that takes rhythms seriously it's a

family that has learned how to balance the tensions of a public life with also a great

family and having a healthy family and making all the tough calls in the

midst of that and Elizabeth has actually written about that in our own

story called Point of View.
