And I build in time off with my podcast. I'm not going to allow myself to be beholden to it. So I take time off at during the holidays. I take time off in the summer. And I just create seasons with it because when it was the race to 100, it felt like I had to record three podcasts a week. That was overwhelming. And it actually affected, you know, my work and other things, I maintained that commitment

and we didn't hit that number.

But I didn't want to feel beholden to having to do that content creation when I wasn't feeling

it.

So I think giving yourself permission, and I think this goes, you know, business-wide, but

giving yourself permission to understand or feel into what is not working and what's

not feeling succinct. So you can create a better version of whatever that is later on.

Jenny, you have many hats, many roles,

as I think many of us do when we're entrepreneurs. We're always thinking about the next thing

and should it be part of our existing business. Should it be something separate? And we're also

talking about hiring staff and how we both have been hiring people this spring to make sure

that key roles are fulfilled

and people are in the right roles.

And this takes us a little bit to some of your journey because you went from corporate

to deciding going into freelance into the ventures that you have now.

So can you talk a little bit about that story and that journey? Absolutely. And it's really great to be here. So thank you so much. I don't think anybody's journey is linear. I just don't think that that happens in this day and age. I don't think people, or if they do, they're very lucky. I just feel like a lot of people say, I want to do this, and then whatever curveball comes their way.

And I definitely have had a couple curveballs.

Leaving corporate was sort of a bit of a challenge, I think, for anybody.
