And I build in time off with my podcast. I'm not going to allow myself to be beholden to it. So I take time off at during the holidays. I take time off in the summer. And I just create seasons with it because when it was the race to 100, it felt like I had to record three podcasts a week. That was overwhelming. And it actually affected, you know, my work and other things, I maintained that commitment

I just don't think that that happens in this day and age. I don't think people, or if they do, they're very lucky. I just feel like a lot of people say, I want to do this, and then whatever curveball comes their way.
