Hey guys I know it's been a little while since we've had the chance to have one of these great

interviews so thank you for your patience man today today

today I've been looking forward to this interview for I kid you not the last probably four months and you'll see why you're in a second

As we get started you know it's it's September here we go September is right around the

corner and it's that last push.

It's that last like effort to really set your fall up.

And I just want to challenge you.

I want to challenge you as you listen today

to our great guest and the person that I have the privilege of

interviewing to push yourself a little more to give a little bit more I believe

that every single one of you has greatness inside of you.

I believe that there's an extra gear

that you can shift into, right?

And that here's the great part.

As the other agents over the next three or four months are beginning to get tired, burnt out,

or having that normal end of your thought of, okay, well I'm just going to start preparing

for 2016. The work that you do right now and how you push in September is going to set you up for an amazing November and an incredible December and then shoot you out of the gates for January of 2016.

So, back in April of this year, Tom and I had a conversation and the

conversation we had it with our great coaches. All of us were in a room and we said we want to create something for our incredible clients or 3,000 coaching clients that would give them the excuse to do just what I challenge you to do, which was to push a little bit more, to push

a little bit harder.

And what we came up with was this whole concept of what we called our Summit 300K.
