This is the Do It Scared Podcast Episode 121, and in today's episode, as promised, I'm

going to share a little of the behind the scenes of what I've been working on with my

new brand, Thinlicious, really the vision and what I've kind of done so far to bring it

to life.

Now for some of you who already own a business or who have been thinking about starting

a business, I hope this will be really helpful and interesting to just hear more about my

process of building a business from scratch.

But for those of you who aren't necessarily interested in starting a business, I think

that there's actually a lot of parallels between starting a business and really any other

hard or scary thing that you want to pursue in your life.

There's all the fear and the self doubt that comes along with going after those big

goals.
