A lot of people think that infidelity happens because you're not having enough sex in your marriage.

We have learned through this with our therapist and it's not the reason why infidelity happens in the first place.

Would people say, what could you have done differently?

I say the only chance I would have had is if I could have ran into myself when I was 22 and said, hey, here's the deal, bro.

You have really damaged yourself.

You can do everything but give up.

You can fight.

You can cry.

You can yell.

You can scream.

You can lean on other people.

Like, that's the only thing you can't do.

I think everyone sometimes can look at the woman in a broken marriage or infidelity.

And it's almost an assumption that something was wrong.

I stepped out of our marriage.

I cheated because I was broken.

And it had nothing to do with you.

Like, that's never been the issue.

The issue was, what was I doing with the brokenness?
