Brigham Young University who put down put together some phenomenal research and I interview

each one of them during the Young Saints virtual conference or they give a

presentation and I interview them a little bit but you know the question is when it comes to religion and youth especially

Latter-day Saint youth is are there too many rules are we pushing too many standards on them that it's overwhelming them

that it's causing them to fall into a trap of perfectionism or experience overwhelming

amounts of shame or at least more shame than the average youth?

Well, the data showed something different.

I think you're really going to appreciate this.
