Protective Services observed him for 3 months to ensure nothing was wrong. But now, the family is on board. (7:00) The ridiculous viewpoint appears to be that a person must be mentally unstable for trying to eat low-carb and for eating more healthfully. (11:00) Vinnie’s “Dirty Keto” documentary was prophetic. Companies had started marketing products labeled “keto” that were still junk. (17:00) Lawsuits are popping up based on claims made on certain keto product labels. LMNT electrolytes is being called out for the use of things like maltodextrin hidden under the canopy of “natural flavors.” (21:00) It’s interesting to see people start to push back against Big Food. (27:00) “Keto Certified” is not something the FDA actually does. Washington, D.C, is one of the most expensive places to live in the United States, and it’s not a coincidence that it’s filled with luxury shopping areas.
