Hello, I'm Bex and welcome to The Week Junior show. Today I'm joined by two of the team from

the week junior, the magazine Making Sense of the World for 8 to 14 year olds. We've got

Deputy Editor Rahul and writer Joe. So lots to cover in today's episode. We're going to be

talking about the brand new TV show Cronton, a sea survey that's revealed some new creatures

and some brilliant victories at the World Athletics

Indoor Championships. We'll also be having a big debate about eating lab grown meat. Now,

there's a story in the magazine this week about a new GCSE in natural history that's going to be

launched. And it got me thinking, what is a subject that you wish you could have done as a GCSE at

school? So for me personally, I've always wanted to fly.

And I feel like flying might be a big ask, but becoming a pilot is not.

So I think I'd quite like to train if there was a GCSE in helicopter piloting.

That would be very fun.

I'd like my very own helicopter.

I'd like to be able to fly

anywhere. I think that would be a pretty good one. So I'm going to go helicopter piloting.

Rahul, how about you? You just want to spend as much time out for classroom as possible, Bex,

I think. That's the main name of that one. How did you know?

Mine's not a million miles removed. Mine's astronomy. I'd love to know more about all things

cosmic, about the moon and the stars and the sun and how kind of different communities and over

history we've, human beings have connected with it. But mostly, I just want a field trip to space.

Yeah, well, I'll try and sort you out on my helicopter. We'll get quite far up there. Don't worry. Joe, how about you? Well, I'd quite like to have had an ice skating

GCSE. Even as an adult, I don't know how to ice skate. I kind of just shuffle along whenever I go.
