1:14.8	In the famous words of Louise Hay, my teacher, she says, how you start your day is how you

1:22.6	And so I believe that when we take the opportunity to start our day with the angels, we align
1:28.6	our entire day to the frequency of the angelic.
1:32.6	I've come to understand that the angelic frequency, the energy of the angels has four pillars
1:40.7	and these four pillars are very simple ideas that we can come to throughout our day and
1:46.4	every single time we align with the energy that they represent, we create this magnetic
1:53.3	aura around us that attracts the presence of angels.
