You know, folks, a lot of things happening in the Idaho case, of course, with Brian Koeberger and the victims, Ethan Chapin,

Zana Connoll, Madison Mogan, and Kaley Gonzalez.

We always want to name them by name and just not call this the Idaho quadruple because they are real people,

and we don't ever want to forget that this case

is about them. There's the names up on the screen. Idaho's strong. We always remember that.

So a lot of things happening in this case, a lot of motions being filed.

They didn't get to everything yesterday.

And a lot of the motions being solved,

or being instituted by the defense,

have to do with things that they seem to me,

my experience as a 27-year police officer and a investigative boss for 16 years in the Detective Bureau,

some of them seem like a stretch to me.

You know, what do I mean by a stretch?

Well, asking for the training records of some of the investigators involved in this case,

to me that seems a bit nitpicky.

And look, the defense can request anything, whether they receive it or not,

that if the prosecution hedges on giving it to them

then the judge will make a decision on whether or not that should be considered

...
