and we know that when they are trying to get documents from the prosecution,

And the prosecution is required to give all of the evidence to the defense.

There is where there's a lot of gray area. The defense, of course, is screaming for all of the evidence immediately, but guess what?

It's the strategy also that the prosecution uses. Let's not forget, the prosecution has to prove this case beyond
