Today's episode was with Mrs. Rachel Hughes who is a nutrition coach with Moxie by Lindesy. Her story is one of absolute triumph. She overcame an intense eating disorder that landed her in a rehab center at the age of 18. After recovering from her eating disorder, she was blessed to become pregnant with her son Beckham. Around 6 months she was involved in a horrific car accident that put her into immediate labor. The story she tells in this episode of that day, and her baby being an absolute miracle to be alive today is one you cannot miss! It gave me goose bumps and filled my eyes with tears. She is an incredible person. Show her some love with the tag bellow!
