On today's episode we had the pleasure of sitting down Mitch Mathews. Mitch is a former college football player, and even dabbled a little in the NFL. However, that is not the only reason why I wanted Mitch on. Mitch is not only a phenomenal entrepreneur, but also a fantastic leader. He created what is called the 10/10 Leadership Challenge. It’s a spin off of 75 Hard and has a huge emphasis on fitness. He talked about his ups and downs in completing two-a-day workouts for 10 weeks. We discussed why being a leader in your own life is so important, and some of the biggest lessons he learned during this challenge. You are going to love this episode, and if you do, give Mitch a follow and show him some love.
