It is not the horrible villain that a lot of mainstream diet gurus try to say it is. It actually plays extremely vital roles in our body, which I explain in detail in the podcast. Lastly, I go over why fat storage is REALLY happening and what benefits insulin has for us. I break through a lot the myths you might have heard, I think you will really enjoy this episode!
