Today was a special one for me. I had the chance to interview my long time friend and competitive bodybuilder, Mike Symkoviak. Mike was a guy who knew me in the depths of my addiction and still treated me with love and respect. He has competed over 17 times and has a passion like you wouldn't believe for the sport. With some of the negative light we have shed on competition, Mike's story reminds us that there are people out there who genuinely have a love for the whole process. We talk about his roots as a Mormon competitive bodybuilder. How he finds the daily determination to do what he does, and pick his brain about what holds clients back the most. Real, raw and inspiring, enjoy!
