Summary

Today's episode was dual purpose in covering two different topics. First was a night routine and the importance of it. We have talked about how a morning routine changed my life, but I feel I didn’t talk at all about how a night routine helps tie it all together. Second thing I covered was the 5 Rules for self respect. Full transparency it was a post by Tom Bilyeu I saw on Instagram. It was so impactful, I had to share it with you all! I digest each 5 things more in depth to try to bring you maximum value on it! These type of things often need to marinate for a bit to really create the impact it needs to.  I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I did recording it!
