Summary
On today's show, I talked all about how to create lasting change in your life. I spoke about my personal experience with changing from a deadbeat drug addict to where I am today. I spoke of a method I like to use with my clients: The double PPs and the double AAs. Acceptance and action followed by patience but persistence. Change Is hard, but usually, not changing is much harder in the long run. I hope you enjoy it!
